The cylindrical structure gives the product a clean, compact, and premium shelf display, while the kraft paper finish creates a warm, natural, and eco-friendly brand impression.

    The packaging shown uses a full kraft paper body with direct printing, a matching paper lid, and optional side window design for product visibility. It is suitable for organic Greek sage, oregano, mountain tea, mint, chamomile, lavender, rosemary, thyme, dried flowers, spice blends, and other herbal products.

    For retail food packaging, the tube can be made with a food-grade inner liner, aluminum foil lining, glassine bag, or sealed inner pouch to improve moisture resistance and aroma protection.     Yes. We can use the same tube size and structure, then change the artwork for different products such as sage, oregano, mountain tea, mint, rosemary, thyme, chamomile, and lavender.

    4. Can the tube include a window?

    Yes. A side window can be added so customers can see the dried herbs inside. The window can be made in different shapes and sizes depending on the design and product visibility needs.

    A window is usually made from transparent film. For brands that prefer plastic-reduced packaging, we can make the tube without a window or use alternative display solutions such as printed product illustrations or a paper label.

    7. Can you print directly on kraft paper?

    Yes. Direct printing on kraft paper is possible. However, because kraft paper has a brown natural base, colors will appear softer and more earthy than printing on white paper. For brighter colors, we recommend a white label or white coated paper wrap.

    8. What information should be printed on herb packaging?

    Common information includes brand logo, product name, botanical name, origin, ingredients, net weight, storage instructions, usage or brewing instructions, barcode, batch number, best-before date, and certification marks if applicable.

    9. Can the packaging be made more premium?

    Yes. Premium upgrades include hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, textured kraft paper, spot UV, custom lid design, color-coded labels, and luxury paper wrapping.

    10. What size should I choose for dried herbs?

    The size depends on the density and filling weight of the herb. For example, dried sage, oregano, and loose herbal tea have different volume requirements. We recommend testing with actual product samples before confirming the final diameter and height.

    11. Can this packaging be used for e-commerce?
