    5. Can this packaging protect seasoning from moisture?

    Yes, but the correct lining and sealing system are important. Paperboard alone is not enough for moisture-sensitive powders. We can add PE lining, aluminum foil lining, or other food-grade barrier materials to improve moisture protection.

    6. Can we use it for oily seasoning or sauce powder?

    For dry seasoning powders, yes. For products with oil content, strong aroma, or higher moisture sensitivity, we need to test the inner lining and sealing method before mass production.

    7. Can the body be printed with our own design?

    Yes. The full outside surface can be printed with your brand artwork, flavor name, product images, nutrition facts, ingredients, barcode, certification icons, and usage instructions.

    8. Can the paper canister use a metal bottom?

    Yes. A metal bottom can be used when the product requires stronger sealing, better stability, or a more traditional food canister structure. A paper bottom can also be considered depending on the product and filling process.

    9. What size is suitable for 227g seasoning?

    The image shows an 8 oz / 227g seasoning product. The final tube diameter and height depend on the density of your seasoning powder or granules. We recommend testing with your real product before confirming the final sze.
