Bespoke rigid boxes are commonly used across many industries including the jewelry, cosmetics, electronics and fashion sectors.

The manufacturing processes involved are from simple to complicated.
To start with, a greyboard know as plain board is chosen, is to be in high temperature room, making much harder and easier to be assembling in wrapping printed paper. Greyboard is least expensive, the alternative options are colored boards to match the print used on the laminated wraps for the outer box and lid.
Once specified, the board is to diecut to shape with a die made from Both knives and scores. The knives are used to cut the shape while scoring partially penetrates on the board to allow for bending and construct of 3D pieces. For small run of quantity, we can die cut the greyboard with hand, for big quantity over 10000pcs, we can start with machine to diecut and get rid of the waste at the same time to save the cost. Most of adhesive tape is applied to secure the four corners of the lid in place. Then the branded wrapping papers glued on the surface of the board with a heavy stamp machine to press against the glue to fix the printed wrapping paper securely fixed in place. The wrapping paper is rolled up over by hand or machine to glue the sides or inner lid with a turned edge—giving the box its final outcome and easy to use.
They are many ways to make custom rigid boxes unique. Examples include using hinges, compartments and platforms, with added features such as windows, ribbon pulls and magnetic closures. Plus different boxes styles like lid hinged boxes, magnetic closure collapsible boxes, drawer boxes, advent calendar, custom shape boxes.
