    Our custom paper tube bottle packaging is made from rigid paperboard and designed to hold glass beverage bottles securely. The cylindrical shape fits naturally around beer, wine, cider, and spirit bottles, while the strong paperboard wall provides a premium hand feel and better presentation than ordinary cartons.

    The design shown includes full custom pattern printing on the outside, a bright orange inner lining, and side rope handles for easy carrying. This makes the packaging especially suitable for craft beer brands, limited-edition beverage launches, holiday gifts, corporate gifts, and retail bottle promotions.

    The tube can be produced with a removable lid, open-top structure, or full covered lid depending on your product requirement. Inserts, bottom support pads, or inner paper rings can also be added to improve bottle stability during display and transport.

    Yes. The tube is made from rigid paperboard and can be designed with a thicker wall, bottom support, and inner insert to help protect glass bottles during retail display and handling.

    3. Can we add rope handles like the sample?

    Yes. Rope handles can be added on both sides of the tube. The handle material, color, thickness, and position can be customized according to your brand style and product weight.

    4. Can the inside color be customized?

    Yes. The inner lining can be white, black, kraft, orange, red, gold, silver, or any custom Pantone color. A contrasting inner color is often used for premium beverage packaging.

    5. Can we print our own artwork around the full tube?

    Yes. We support full-wrap printing, including logos, patterns, product story, ingredients, barcode, QR code, bottle information, and promotional graphics.

    6. Can this tube have a lid?

    Yes. It can be made as an open-top bottle holder, a lid-and-base tube, or a fully covered gift tube. The best structure depends on your bottle shape and how you want customers to open the package.

    7. Can inserts be added to hold the bottle more securely?

    Yes. We can add a paperboard ring, bottom pad, EVA foam, molded pulp support, or custom insert to reduce bottle movement inside the tube.

    8. Is this packaging eco-friendly?

    The main body is paper-based. We can offer recycled paperboard, FSC paper, soy-based ink, water-based coating, and paper inserts for more sustainable beverage packaging.

    9. What finishing options are available?

    Popular options include matte lamination, gloss lamination, soft-touch coating, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, varnish, and textured paper wrapping.

    10. What information do you need for a quotation?
