    Yes. The tube can be made mainly from paperboard, and the insert can be changed to paperboard or molded pulp. To improve recyclability, we recommend avoiding plastic lamination where possible.

    10. Is this structure strong enough for glass bottles?

    Yes, if the paperboard thickness and insert are designed correctly. For glass bottles, we recommend a rigid tube wall and a snug-fitting insert to keep the bottle protected.

    11. Can we make a sample before mass production?

    Yes. We can produce a plain structural sample to test bottle fitting or a printed sample with final color, logo, and finishing for approval before bulk production.

    12. What information do you need for quotation?

    We need the bottle size, tube diameter and height, order quantity, artwork, foil or finishing requirements, insert type, and delivery country. A bottle drawing or physical sample will help us make a more accurate quotation.
